Registration fees

Full registration, EATCS member	400 € / 3000 DKK	500 € / 3750 DKK
Full registration, EATCS non-member	430 € / 3250 DKK	530 € / 4000 DKK
Student registration	250 € / 1900 DKK	300 € / 2250 DKK

The registration includes:

• admission to all sessions in all ALGO 2009 conferences (ESA, IWPEC, WAOA, ATMOS) on all five days
• business meeting on September 7
• conference banquet on September 8 at Restaurant Hercegovina. This includes entrance to Tivoli.
• reception at Copenhagen City Hall on September 9
• lunches for all five days
• coffee breaks for all five days
• multi-ride ticket for Copenhagen’s public transportation system
• full registration includes EATCS membership for one year

Registration is binding, but you may cancel your registration by sending an email to the organiser no later than two full weeks prior to the event. If you cancel your registration later than two weeks prior to the event, your registration fee is forfeit. Your seat may be transferred to another. We reserve the right to cancel events if registration is too low or in case of force majeure.

Payment terms

When you use a credit card, the total fee, including payment for materials and catering will be drawn at once. Danish Payment Systems, Inc., will check the validity of your card and the transaction at the time of registration. The ALGO organisers or ITU do not charge an extra fee for the use of credit cards for this transaction.

Personal data

Any personal data you submit is used solely for the purposes of payment and the practical facilitation of the event. Credit card information is encrypted and transmitted to PBS, Payment Business Service.
